Mission Statement
To help motivate and equip all local churches in the Minnesota Jurisdiction in the ministry of winning souls to the Kingdom God. As the Soul Winning and Church Growth/Church Plant ministry we intend to execute our strategy by:
- Periodically requesting all local churches to cooperate in coordinated community wide or jurisdictional level soul-winning efforts.
- Mobilize all jurisdictional departments to be involved in periodical coordinated soul-winning efforts.
- Equip every member with soul-winning tools and training.
- Utilize the Department of Evangelism to spearhead soul winning efforts in conjunction with the Church Growth/Soul Winning Department.
- Conduct revivals in Rochester, St. Cloud, Duluth, Austin, Minneapolis and St. Paul for 3 days.
- Target cities where there is no Church of God in Christ.
- Attract ministries that are not affiliated to become a part of the organization.

Washington, Jurisdictional Prelate of Minnesota Church of God in Christ, saw the need to reach out to the community and the world to provide assistance in areas homelessness, hunger, and natural disasters. Along with providing for these needs, we have also provided a Help Line and educational scholarships for students entering college.
